Step 1 : Log into your Push Cheque Account’s Gateway in the upper right hand corner and once logged into the account go to the Financial Tab.
Step 2 : From the Financial Tab the Merchant will need to select the VPOS Operators option to CREATE OPERATOR for every authorized user to the Push Cheque terminal. (unlimited users can be added based on the number of Operators the merchant has).
Step 3 : Enter the information in the fields provided.
Step 4 : Save or Save and Send VPOS Button.
Now that the Merchant has created the Operators in the Push Cheque’s portal, they’re ready to allow the operators to take orders from their customers. The Merchant can email, each registered user in the Push Cheque terminal, that they have setup, if the operator works off-site or from a different office location. The button for the VPOS link related to the operators account will be in the email. To do so, just select the Operator from your list of operators and click on the SEND VPOS BUTTON. An email will be sent to the operator related to that link. Ensure that you have that operators email address. All links can be emailed to a central managers email if operators share the same computer.
(A short cut can be made from the VPOS Buttons link in the email and placed on the desktop of the user) To do so just copy the link (not the image) and place in your browser. Then from there drag the URL to your desktop.
